Frequently Asked Questions
Are your watches authentic?
Yes — every watch we offer is carefully inspected for authenticity. We do not deal in replicas or aftermarket-converted pieces.
Are these watches serviced before sale?
Each piece is tested for functionality and timekeeping. If a watch has been recently serviced, it will be clearly noted in the product description.
What’s the difference between quartz and automatic watches?
Quartz watches are battery-powered and known for accuracy and low maintenance. Automatic watches are mechanical and wind themselves through wrist movement — they often appeal to collectors for their craftsmanship.
Do you offer returns?
All sales are final due to the vintage nature of our items. However, we’re happy to answer any questions before purchase to ensure you’re confident in your choice.
Can I reserve a watch?
We do not offer holds. Our drops are first-come, first-served to keep things fair for all collectors.
How do I care for a vintage watch?
Avoid exposure to water, magnets, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a clean, dry place and wipe it occasionally with a soft cloth. For mechanical watches, consider a service every 3–5 years.
Will the watch fit my wrist?
Each listing includes case dimensions and lug-to-lug measurements. If it comes with the original bracelet, we’ll also note the wrist size it fits — and whether extra links are included.
